Hotel Horda Slubice , Slubice (Lubuskie)

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but there was some noise from a late-night party near the sauna. The service was relaxed but helpful when needed, even assisting with late-night drink orders and printing documents. The location was convenient for travelers passing through Germany or Poland, close to the A2 motorway. The dining experience offered a good variety of food choices. However, there seemed to be some issues with the behavior of the staff towards the bartender, which was noticeable. Despite that, the stay was comfortable and met my needs.

The hotel had clean and fresh bedding but was overpriced for the check-in service and reception. The noise nuisance from thin walls was noticeable, allowing sounds of cigarettes and body odour. The service was relaxed but helpful when requested, with a poor exchange rate for payments. The location was away from main road noise, perfect for travelers to/from Germany, though charming with nice surroundings. The dining experience offered a good set-out but lacked variety. Overall, it was an average stay with some drawbacks in value for money and service.

The hotel offers very clean rooms, plenty of parking space, and is definitely worth the money. However, improvements can be made in customer service to make guests feel more welcome and reduce noise nuisance.
